About the surgeon

I am an orthopedic surgeon practising in Dhaka. My work is simple to describe and hard to do well: restore painless movement, and be honest about what surgery can and cannot fix.

Training in Bangladesh and fellowship recognition abroad shaped one habit above all — decisions are made from evidence and imaging, not from urgency. Many patients who come to my chamber expecting an operation leave with a physiotherapy plan instead.
